Project Spotlight:
The Weaver Basin Wetlands is located in the Trinity Alps Industrial Park in Weaverville, California. This project constructed approximately 4 acres of the Industrial Park area into wetlands habitat for the benefit of wildlife, recreation, and water quality. The project was funded and supported through the NRCS Wetlands Reserve Program, State Parks Habitat Conservation Fund Program (Final Report), CalTrans, and the AmeriCorps Watershed Stewards Project.
