The Migration Barrier Removal Project at Clark's Creek and Walker Road in Del Norte County was completed in 2002. This project was prioritized under the Five Counties Migration Barrier Inventory as the highest priority project in Del Norte County and as the 3rd highest priority project within the 5 Counties. The implementation of this project restored access to 1.4 miles of habitat for Chinook, coho, steelhead, and cutthroat trout.
