The success of the Five Counties Salmonid Conservation Program has largely depended on the hard work and perseverance of the individual Counties within 5C. The following County agencies and Board Members have been instrumental in keeping the 5C program alive:
Del Norte County Community Development Department
Humobldt County Department of Public Works
Humboldt County Community Development Services Department
Mendocino County Department of Transportation
Mendocino County Planning Department
Trinity County Department of Transportation
Trinity County Planning Department and Natural Resources Division
Siskiyou County Department of Public Works
In addition to our partnering agencies within the Five Counties, 5C has strived to work collaboratively with different organizations and agencies working towards similar goals. The program has had several key partnerships that have allowed our program to move forward. 5C also participates in various local, state, and federal committees, conferences, and forums. The Program brings a local perspective on watershed and fisheries issues to state and federal meetings. The following is a partial list of groups beyond those local to the Five Counties with which the 5C collaborates:
California Fish Passage Forum
California Department of Fish and Game
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation
National Fish Habitat Action Plan - Coalition Partner
Trinity County Resource Conservation District

State Water Resources Control Board
Regional Water Quality Control Board
